Kells therapists provide an open, supportive, and confidential environment for you to address your concerns. Kells provides therapy services for children, teens, and adults. Counselling is delivered in individual, couples, family, and group therapy. At Kells, counselling is provided by Registered Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, and Practicum Students.
Counselling is always individualized. You and your therapist will establish goals for your counselling and determine the steps you will take to get there. Together, you and your therapist will find out what you are comfortable with and what works for you. In therapy, you will gain greater self-awareness and learn new strategies, new ways of thinking, and new perspectives.

We ask that you wear a mask in the building if you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms or have recently returned from travelling.
